STACK Data Center
Project Overview
Lindamood performed large-scale earthwork for the STACK Data Center project, supporting development of a mission-critical facility spanning approximately 200 acres. The scope required a high-volume, precision-driven approach to prepare the site for vertical construction.
Work included approximately 550,000 cubic yards of cut-to-fill operations, placement of fabric and geogrid, and import and installation of roughly 150,000 tons of flex base and 16,000 tons of asphalt. Given the scale, the team implemented a coordinated logistics plan, including temporary asphalt roads to support material movement and phased construction.
Key project elements included:
• 200-acre mission-critical site development
• 550,000 CY of cut-to-fill operations
• 150,000 tons of flex base installation
• 16,000 tons of asphalt placement
• 4,750 LF gabion wall (9 feet in height)
• Temporary haul roads supporting phased construction
The project required management of large material volumes and overlapping work zones to maintain schedule alignment. Execution demonstrates Lindamood’s ability to deliver technically demanding earthwork for mission-critical infrastructure.
