Family Owned + Operated
In 1980, Bobby’s wife Kayla joined the business, helping transform Lindamood from a one-man operation into a growing force in demolition and earthwork. Through the ‘80s and ‘90s, the company expanded into large-scale demolition, remediation, and heavy civil work—gaining trust on complex urban projects and securing a long-term relationship with DFW International Airport.
Their son Jake was raised in the cab of a machine, learning the business from the ground up. By the early 2000s, he launched Lindamood’s heavy hauling division and led the company into new territory, from disaster recovery and high-reach demolition to full-scale implosions.
When Bobby Sr. passed away in 2009, Kayla and Jake stepped forward to lead. Under their direction, Lindamood has stayed true to its roots while pushing toward the future—investing in safety, innovation, and the next generation of leadership.
Now celebrating 50 years, Lindamood remains proudly family-owned and fiercely committed to the values that built it: hard work, perseverance, and a deep respect for our team, clients, and communities. The machines are bigger, but our mission is the same—excellence without compromise.
