Bobby Lindamood Sr.
The Boss.
Bobby Lindamood, Sr. wasn’t just our founder—he was the heart of this company. A man of few words and strong values, Bobby led with integrity, humility, and grit. He started Lindamood in 1975 with one tractor, one truck, and a work ethic inherited from his father, Pete.
From day one, Bobby worked shoulder to shoulder with his crew, earning trust through action, not talk. His favorite question was, “What can I do to help?”—and he meant it, every time.
With his wife Kayla at his side and their son Jake growing into the business, Bobby grew Lindamood from a local earthwork outfit into a respected name in demolition, heavy haul, and implosion. He loved the work, the people, and the trucking world that gave him so much—so much so that Jake’s rig once made the cover of a national trucking magazine.
Bobby passed away in 2009, but his legacy lives on in every project, every handshake, and every value we uphold. Each year, our team gathers at a steel cross raised in his honor on the family pasture—a quiet tribute to the man who built something bigger than a business.

It only takes a little extra to be first class."
