Project Meadow

Project Overview

Project Meadow involved mass excavation in the heart of Dallas’ Victory Park District. The project included construction of a 68-foot-deep basement and excavation of approximately 440,000 cubic yards of material, generating more than 40,000 truckloads hauled off-site.

Located between the American Airlines Center and the Perot Museum, and bordered by high-end residential and hotel properties, the project required intensive stakeholder coordination and disciplined logistics planning within a high-visibility urban environment.

Key project elements included:

  • 68-foot-deep basement excavation

  • 440,000 cubic yards of material removal

  • 40,000 truckloads exported from a dense urban corridor

  • 135,000 CY of Type 2 Non-Hazardous material managed per state regulations

  • One of the largest basements constructed in the DFW Metroplex

Through detailed sequencing and regulatory compliance, the excavation was executed safely and efficiently, establishing the largest basement ever constructed by Lindamood and one of the largest in the region.
