Despite significant phasing challenges, Lindamood successfully completed the complex Loop 12 Irving Interchange project, delivering coordinated demolition and earthwork within an active transportation corridor.

Key project elements included:

 • Removal of 7 bridges

 • 50,000+ CY of concrete cleared

 • 400,000+ CY of roadway excavation

 • Embankment construction for 32 bridges

 • Foundation improvements for 40+ retaining walls

 • 10,000+ tons of hydrated lime soil stabilization

 • Subgrade construction for temporary traffic detours supporting utility installation and ramp reconstruction

The project required precise sequencing across multiple bridge structures, retaining systems, and traffic shifts to maintain schedule continuity. Execution reflects Lindamood’s capability to manage large-scale civil infrastructure programs within complex, phased environments.
