Globe Life Park

Project Overview

Lindamood performed selective demolition and substructure removal within Globe Life Park as part of a major stadium renovation program.

The project began with the full gutting of the underground stadium areas, including removal of batting cages, a daycare facility, and owners’ suites. Demolition activities were carefully sequenced to preserve the integrity of surrounding structural systems while working within the existing stadium footprint.

Scope highlights included:

  • Selective demolition of underground stadium facilities

  • Field-level structural wrecking using high-capacity excavators

  • Engineering and installation of a soil-nailed wall and temporary soil retention system

  • Subgrade stabilization to support ongoing operations

  • Removal of four escalators exceeding 80 feet in height

  • Controlled dismantling and haul-off within a confined stadium environment

Each phase required coordinated demolition and earthwork operations under engineered plans to maintain structural stability and protect adjacent areas. The project was delivered safely and in alignment with the renovation schedule.
