DFW Airport Terminal E Parking Garage
Project Overview
Lindamood performed demolition and earthwork services for the Terminal E Parking Garage redevelopment at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The project included demolition of the existing parking structure, pedestrian bridges, and access ramps, along with selective demolition of portions of the structure that remained operational.
Work was executed within an active airport environment, requiring disciplined sequencing, access coordination, and strict adherence to aviation safety protocols.
Key project elements included:
Demolition of parking garage structure and associated bridges
Selective demolition within partially active facilities
Mass excavation and subgrade improvements for new garage construction
Phased execution to maintain airport operations
Coordination with multiple contractors in a secure airside environment
In addition to structural demolition, Lindamood completed excavation and subgrade preparation for the new garage footprint. The project reflects the firm’s long-standing role in supporting DFW’s ongoing modernization efforts through controlled demolition and heavy civil expertise.
