Lindamood, with subcontractor Controlled Demolition, Inc., successfully demolished and imploded the twelve-story ACS/Xerox office building on Central Expressway in Dallas, TX. 

Only a few yards away from residential apartment buildings and nearby business, the Lindamood team was able to safely take down the multilevel structure without any disturbances in the surrounding and active, densely urban neighborhood. 

The crew cleared the interior and exterior, leaving only the concrete and steel frame. Using 553 pounds of explosives, strategically placed in 514 locations on the lower floors, leaving zero margin for error, the Lindamood team safely and successfully completed the implosion on time and within budget.
