1508 & 1559 Mockingbird
Project Overview
Lindamood performed demolition and earthwork services at the 1508 & 1550 Mockingbird project in Dallas, supporting Phase 1 of a planned four-building development. The initial phase included demolition of two large industrial buildings and surrounding pavement, clearing the site for subsequent construction.
Following demolition, Lindamood executed a comprehensive earthwork scope to prepare the site for vertical development. Work included approximately 100,000 cubic yards of cut-to-fill operations, 70,000 cubic yards of imported material, and 40,000 cubic yards of moisture conditioning. The phased approach required careful sequencing to maintain efficiency during the transition from demolition to earthwork.
Key project elements included:
• Demolition of two industrial buildings and associated pavement
• 100,000 CY of cut-to-fill operations
• 70,000 CY of imported material
• 40,000 CY of moisture conditioning
• Integrated demolition-to-earthwork transition
This project demonstrated Lindamood’s ability to deliver coordinated demolition and earthwork solutions that support phased urban developments while maintaining schedule and operational control.
