Long before Lindamood became known for high-profile demolition, excavation, and heavy civil projects across the country, the company’s foundation was built on hard work, trucking, equipment, and a deep respect for the industry.

That passion was recognized nationally in 2016 when Jake Lindamood’s restored 1988 Peterbilt earned Best of Show honors at the Shell Rotella SuperRigs competition, one of the trucking industry’s most respected showcases of craftsmanship and pride in ownership.

The truck, a meticulously restored 1988 Peterbilt 359, stood out among competitors from across the country for its detail, presentation, and classic styling. More than just a show truck, it represented the same values that continue to drive Lindamood today: pride in equipment, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and respect for the people behind the work.

While Lindamood has grown into one of the region’s leading demolition and earthwork contractors, heavy hauling and trucking remain a critical part of the company’s operations and identity. From transporting oversized demolition equipment to supporting large-scale infrastructure and aviation projects, the company’s hauling division plays a key role in keeping complex jobs moving safely and efficiently.

The recognition at SuperRigs was more than an award. It was a reflection of the culture behind the company, one built by people who genuinely care about the equipment they operate, the work they perform, and the legacy they continue to build every day.

Today, nearly a decade later, that same pride and craftsmanship continue to shape Lindamood’s operations across demolition, excavation, heavy civil, and heavy haul projects throughout the country.
